How to Play Monte Carlo Mobile Slots
Luckily you won’t need your own racing car to play this one! All you need is a device that’s running iOS 10 or Android 5.0 and above. Next, it’s time to set your total bet. This is calculated by multiplying together your bet-per-line and the number of win lines you decide to play on. You don’t need to do the maths though! As you change the settings, the ‘Total Bet’ box will update automatically.
To change your settings, use the ‘line +’ and line -’ icons to set how many lines you’re going to play on. Then use the ‘bet +’ and ‘bet -’ icons to set your bet. Let’s look at an example. If you bet $0.10 on all 9 win lines, your total bet would equal $0.90 . When you’re happy with your total bet, press ‘Spin’ to start.
When the reels come to a stop, you’ll find out if you’ve won! To do that, you’ll need to have lined up a winning combination of symbols on one or more of your active win lines. How many symbols you need depends on which ones they are. You can win with just 2 of some symbols, but others will only grant you a win if you have 3 or more.
Wins are awarded as a multiplier of your bet-per-line. Each winning combination has a multiplier associated with it, and more matching symbols will earn you a higher multiplier. You can see all of the winning combinations and their multipliers by pressing ‘Paytable’.
The Monte Carlo win lines run on a one-way system, a little like a racetrack. They always pay from left to right, and any winning lines will be highlighted on screen. Your total win will be displayed in the ‘Win’ box above the reels, and in the black box below them. Any winnings will be added to your credit automatically.
You can only win once on a single win line, so if you have more than one winning combination, only the highest value win will count. Wins across multiple win lines in a single spin will be added together to make your total win. Then, all that’s left to do is pop the Champagne!
If you want to show off your status in Monte Carlo, a nice watch is a great accessory to have. It also happens to be the Wild symbol, which can substitute for almost any other symbol. So if you had 2 Ks lined up on an active win line with a Wild next to them, you’d win the multiplier for 3 Ks.
The only symbols it can’t take the place of are Scatter and Monte Carlo mini-game symbols, so Wilds can’t help you to access the bonus game or free spins. It’s still more useful than most watches though!
Prize Trail Mini-Game
If you manage to match up 2 or more Monte Carlo symbols on an active win line, you’ll access the Prize Trail bonus feature. You’ll get to take a drive around scenic Monte Carlo, collecting multipliers to add to your winnings.
Press the spin button and you’ll see how far you get to move. Each time you land on a multiplier, you’ll collect it. If you spin an ‘X’, it’s game over and you’ll collect any prizes collected so far and then leave the game. If you make it all the way to the end of the road, you’ll win the largest multiplier of all.
It’s not very often that you’ll get anything for free when you visit Monte Carlo, but in this game, you can! Look out for the stylish red handbag with ‘Scatter’ below it. If you manage to spin in 3, 4, or 5 of those in any order on an active win line, you’ll get 5, 7, or 9 free spins respectively.
While those free spins are in play, you can’t change your bet settings. You won’t be charged for these spins though of course, so the total bet cost won’t be taken from your credit.
